Bond/TRE ballot language will be confusing!Colleen Brown10/23/201711/8/2017
Bond/TRE ballot language will be confusing!
The Bond ballot will be straightforward (For or Against) but the TRE – Tax Ratification Election Ballot will be confusing. ON PURPOSE. It will look like our taxes will be raising by $0.02 per $100 on the M&O Side. What the ballot WILL NOT tell you is that we are lowering the I&S side by $0.02 so the tax rate   will not change . If the TRE passes, it will give an additional $2M to LTISD, which will be used to offset the state cuts that affect our district. Don’t let the ballot confuse you. Get informed. Vote informed. Vote ... read full article

Special Bullying Assembly
The PTO has hired the Morris Brothers to come to our campus on  Thursday, Nov. 16   to host a very fun and informative assembly on bullying. That's right, but they believe N.E.R.D. stands for a Never Ending Radical Dude. With their offbeat appearance, the Morris Brothers capture the attention of young and old alike. They may look like nerds, with their taped glasses, pen-stuffed pockets, and less than stylish clothes, but they believe they are "Superheroes" on a mission to save the world. Only one thing is certain... kids love them! These presentations deliver an educational message in a humorous ... read full article
